One of the accomplished music director of Punjabi Cinema Jaidev Kumar’s younger brother Ajay Pannalal is making his debut as a director with Dil Tainu Karda Hai Pyar. It is a romantic comedy written by Dheeraj Ratan, who earlier wrote Mel Karade Rabba (2010) & soon to be released Jihne Mera Dil Luteya (2011). Ajay Pannalal earlier assisted the ace director Manmohan Singh & directed a few music videos and ad films.
Not divulging much about the cast & crew at this point, ”Dil Tainu Karda Hai Pyar” stars actor/producer Gulzar Inder Singh Chahal who was earlier seen in Jag Jeondeyan De Mele (2009). This is Gulzar’s fourth film as an actor with his Yarra O Dildara (2011) & Iam Singh (2011) all set to release this year, DTKHP also stars Gurpreet Ghuggi, Kanwaljit Singh along with a second lead actor & a debutant actress.
DTKHP is believed to have one of the finest scripts any punjabi film has ever had and can also be a welcome change to all the people who thinks punjabi cinema has only singers as actors. Gulzar Inder is one of the few promising actors who has the capability of becoming a Superstar of Tomorrow.
